I think its from the cold because it feels very dry and rough and I’m starting to see dark/dry spots around my cheek areas. I use palmer’s skin success cleanser (and it works well) do you think the toner might do the trick. I moisturize in the morning and night by the way.

I tried a sample of the when hope is not enough capsules and it seem to make some of my bumps go away over night! As well as made my skin as smooth as silk. I tried these products not even expecting to see anything b/c I’ve tried so much and was very excited to see what I saw. Thank you.
